Our toast is medium-high, caressing the toasted monk’s clothing. With this type of roasting we maintain a good level of caffeine, but with greater sweetness, and with greater exposure to heat the sugars of the coffee bean begin to caramelize, thus achieving balance and smoothness in the nuances of red fruits, caramel and chocolate.
